Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During peak periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Kindly allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Damages
Fusion Home is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim with the shipping company.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items for inspection when filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.
