Return & Refund
- Customers can return goods within 30 days of purchase only in resalable condition and
must be packed in the original packaging. Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Customers need to inspect the goods before installation. Damaged or altered goods
will not be credited or exchanged after the installation.
- For the delivered goods to our showroom garage, we offer a 3-day free storage period after the scheduled date. After that, we charge $50 per day to store in our warehouse.
- Customers should inspect the order and sign at the bottom of the packing slip when
picking up an order.
Our Tile Policy:

Eligible products for return must be received by Fusion Home in undamaged and resalable condition. Products must be returned in the same unit of measure as purchased (ex. pallet, box, or each.) Décor tiles are accepted individually.
Installed/modified products cannot be returned. All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee (Roca Collection-35%). Discontinued or special-order items cannot be returned. · Special order items, including limited stock products such as 4’x4’ and 4’x8” slabs, Porcelanosa Collection are not returnable. All sales final on discounted Tiles cannot be returned
Additionally, all costs of returning products back to Fusion Home packaging, are the responsibility of the Buyer and will not be considered for return.
Cancellation of CC / DB / Check / Synchrony payment will cause an extra fee of 15% from the purchase.
