Return & Refund

At Fusion Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, our return policy is as follows:

• Returns: Customers can return goods within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in resalable condition and in their original packaging. All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Inspection: Customers should inspect all goods before installation. Damaged or altered items will not be eligible for credit or exchange after installation.
• Delivery & Storage: For goods delivered to our showroom garage, we offer a 3-day free storage period from the scheduled delivery date. After that, there will be a $50 per day storage fee for items in our warehouse.
• Pickup Inspection: When picking up your order, please inspect the items carefully and sign at the bottom of the packing slip to acknowledge receipt and condition of the goods.

Tile Return Policy

• General Returns: Customers can return tile products within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in resalable condition and in the original packaging. Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Order Inspection: Customers must inspect the order carefully and sign the packing slip at the time of pickup.
• Eligible Products: Only undamaged, resalable items will be accepted for return. Products must be returned in the same unit of measure as purchased (e.g., pallet, box, or individual tile). Décor tiles are accepted individually.
• Non-returnable Items: Installed or modified products, discontinued or special-order items, including limited stock products such as 4’x4’ and 4’x8” slabs, and products from the Porcelanosa Collection are non-returnable. All sales of discounted tiles are final and cannot be returned.
• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning products to Fusion Home, including packaging and shipping. These costs will not be reimbursed.

Cancellation Fees

If payment is made via credit card, debit card, check, or Synchrony, and the order is canceled, an additional 15% cancellation fee will apply to the total purchase price.
